Volume counts across your whole portfolio. Larger portfolios and standing contracts are quoted individually.
Rates are per clean and cover homes up to 2,500 sq ft and up to two bathrooms; above that, add $15 per additional 100 sq ft, and extra bathrooms are quoted with the property. Listed rates cover a property in standard condition. Heavily soiled or oversized units are quoted before booking — typically +25–50% — so there are no surprises. Send a few photos and we'll confirm the exact rate up front.
Priced per space. Office and janitorial work is quoted from a short walkthrough — by square footage, scope, and how often we come — so you get a plan that fits your building, not a one-size template.

How pricing works
After a short walkthrough (about 15 minutes), you get a flat per-visit or monthly rate based on square footage, the scope you need, and frequency — nightly, weekly, or custom. The scope is written down and agreed up front, so the rate is fixed and the standard is the same on visit one and visit fifty. No surprises.
