What's included

• Dust and wipe every surface top to bottom, including the tops of cabinets, wardrobes and picture rails
• Hand-clean baseboards, trim, door frames and door tops
• Inside, on top of and behind every cabinet, drawer and closet
• Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink and drain, stovetop, range hood and filter, inside the microwave, and behind and under moveable appliances
• Bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected; shower screens, tile, grout, faucets, shower heads and seals descaled; behind and around the toilet including the base; hair cleared from every surface and drain
• Light fixtures, shades and ceiling fans, within reach
• Switches, outlets, handles and other high-touch points detailed
• Interior windows, sills and tracks, within reach; blinds where the slats allow
• Air vents and registers dusted, cobwebs removed, within reach
• Marks on walls and switch plates spot-cleaned where they lift without damaging paint
• Vacuum all floors including edges, corners and inside closets; mop hard floors into corners and thresholds
• All trash removed and bins wiped
• A written condition note before we start: anything found loose, wobbling, cracked, chipped, brittle or already stained is recorded, and sent with your photo report — reported, not repaired
• Before-and-after photo report on every clean — the before set taken before anything is touched
• Final walk-through so the home is ready to move into

Not included

• Carpet extraction — vacuuming is included; hot-water extraction uses different equipment and needs drying time
• Clearance and disposal — we clean; we do not remove furniture or the contents left in a property
• Exterior windows, and anything needing ladders or access equipment
• Post-construction dust — fine dust resettles for days and needs a staged method
• Mould remediation — surface mould on sealant and grout is treated; anything growing through a wall needs the cause fixed first
• Restoration — etched glass, worn enamel, dulled stone, scorched counters and grout that has lost its surface will not come back with any product
• Inside the oven and refrigerator — available as an add-on
• Outdoor areas — patios, driveways, decking, garages, garden furniture and anything needing a pressure washer. A different trade, different equipment and a different way of going wrong.
• Repairs — anything found broken, loose or failing is photographed, noted and reported the same day. Fixing it is a different trade, and telling you today is worth more than cleaning around it.
