What's included

• Desks and workstations: clear, unobstructed surfaces wiped, with phones and shared equipment
• Restrooms cleaned and disinfected throughout: fixtures, fittings, mirrors, dispensers and floors; waste emptied and re-lined
• Breakrooms and kitchens: counters, sinks, tables, chairs and appliance exteriors, and inside the microwave
• Reception and meeting rooms reset: tables, chairs, reception desk and door furniture
• Interior glass, partitions and entry doors
• High-touch points detailed: handles, push plates, handrails, switches and shared equipment
• Floors: carpet vacuumed, hard floors swept and mopped, spills spot-treated, entrance and exit matting maintained
• Trash and recycling taken to your building's collection point, separated as your building requires
• Worked after hours or at weekends, to an agreed access and lock-up procedure — arranged in advance, not improvised on the night
• A logged record of every visit, so you can see what was done rather than assume it
• Consumables restocked from your stock where they are left out for us

Not included

• Personal items and cluttered desks — we clean around papers, files and belongings and do not move them. A clear-desk policy visibly improves the result.
• Repairs — anything found broken, loose or failing is photographed, noted and reported the same day. Fixing it is a different trade, and telling you today is worth more than cleaning around it.
• Clinical, hazardous and confidential waste — handled by your licensed contractor. We work around it and do not remove it.
• Exterior windows and building facades, and anything needing ladders or access equipment
• Deep kitchen degreasing and extract canopies in food premises — specialist certified work with its own record-keeping.
• Restoration — worn flooring, etched glass, dulled stone and surfaces that have lost their finish will not come back with any product
• Outdoor areas — car parks, walkways, entrances and anything needing a pressure washer. A different trade, different equipment and a different way of going wrong.
• Periodic specialist work, unless scheduled — carpet extraction, hard-floor stripping and sealing, high-level cleaning and windows at height are separate, priced and dated.
